It does not, and we deliberately do not publish an estimated number here, because families make six-figure decisions based on pages like this one, and an invented figure would do real damage if relied upon.
The only reliable way to get a real memory care number for a specific Staten Island community is to ask directly: the all-in monthly cost at your parent's current assessed care level, in writing, what triggers a move to the next care level and what that costs, and the community's rate-increase history over the last three years.
